How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll receive a reset link via email. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use that provider's account recovery instead.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS). Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Wysila to cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Wysila purchase to request a refund.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Your data enters a 30-day grace period, after which all personal data is permanently removed. You can also email privacy@wysila.com to request deletion.

How do I export my data?

Go to Profile > Settings > Export My Data. You'll receive a JSON file with all your personal information, reading history, notes, and collections.

What are the free tier limits?

Free users can access up to 5 studies per day and 15 minutes of audio per day. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited access to all content.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security policies, and secure authentication via OAuth 2.0. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

The app crashed or isn't working properly.

Please email support@wysila.com with your device model, iOS version, and a description of the issue. If possible, include a screenshot. We use Sentry for crash tracking and may already be working on a fix.
