Welcome to Wysila. By using the Wysila mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract content from the App.
• Redistribute, republish, or resell any content from the App without prior written consent.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
• You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen.

3. Content Ownership

3.1 App Content

All content provided through the App — including studies, insights, articles, images, and curated materials — is owned by Wysila or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without our permission.

3.2 Your Content

Content you create within the App (notes, collections, saved items) belongs to you. You grant Wysila a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features. You may export your content at any time via the "Export My Data" feature.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Some content in the App is generated, curated, or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Specifically:

• Study content may be generated or summarized using AI models, then reviewed and curated by our editorial process.
• Translations may be produced with AI assistance and reviewed for accuracy.
• Content recommendations may be powered by AI algorithms.

Important: While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes and should not be considered professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Always verify important information with qualified professionals.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited access to content (up to 5 studies per month).

5.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are available as monthly or annual plans, providing unlimited access to all content and features.

5.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Refunds are handled according to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies.
• Wysila does not process refunds directly.

6. Disclaimers

• The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• Content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content.
• We are not responsible for decisions or actions you take based on content in the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wysila shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
